Getting a tryke
Complete an application packet with the help of your therpist. The application to be fillout by the parent and guardian is also available in Spanish. Both forms are available below. When you are finished, send it to info@pdxambucs.org and it will be placed in the queue. Wait times are contingent on funding availability and currently are from 6 - 9 months.
